Columbretes

“On various occasions starting in 1860, rabbits were taken to the Columbretes, where they adapted easily and multiplied quickly.

And as fast as they multiplied, they also perished. Today on the island, you can find a total of 100 rabbits of the most... The rabbits are still pursued by the lighthouse keepers, so they take precautions when leaving their burrows, and in general only do so at dusk.”
