Lo que dice el Arxiduc:

“From here we can more clearly see the peninsula on which the city or, rather, the citadel, is found. Above it all, crowning the cliffs, is Ali Pasha’s seraj(palace),while on the peak which joins the peninsula and the continent, are homes towards the northwest and a thin minaret.”

Datos proyecto Nixe III:

We stop on Valto beach. In the bay is a marina with boats, primarily sailboats. To the north there are some hotels and restaurants. We walk along the beach and near the end, its southern tip, and we take a picture of the hill with Parga’s citadel above.

The first thing which impresses the city’s visitors has to be the beautiful bay, both due to the transparent water as well as the hills surrounding it and the islets in the middle of this small bay. The northern end of Parga’s bay is closed off by the hill with the citadel.

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to take an image of the old citadel from the hill above Valto beach.
