Archduk :: :: I can eat as many figs from that tree as I want.

“The Archduke was interested in buying a plot of land located next to Son Marroig. The owner, a woman from Deià, was hesitant to sell it because it contained a fig tree that grew delicious figs. Finally, after the Archduke made several requests, she agreed to sell it.
‘Well,’ said the woman, ‘I’ll sell it to you on the condition that, as long as I am alive, I can eat as many figs from that tree as I want.’
The Archduke paid her several times what the plot of land was worth and granted her the privilege she had requested. The sad part of the story is that the fig tree died long before the woman did.”
