Lo que dice el Arxiduc:

“Nearing Kavo Tiri, the coast seems like its crowned by rocky cliffs, forming natural castles on one side and watchtowers on the other where it’s green. You could say they form the northern gateway into the picturesque region of Parga.”

“Here we find very curious rocks which mark the border towards Arpizza. Like the natural watchtowers on the green slopes, these too are unforgettable.”

Panaya church and the monastery ruins

“Seen from the interior of the anchorage point in the southern bay is Castro Island with PanayaIsland seemingly attached but like a wild projection and deeply cracked and rocky. Behind are slopes covered in olive trees.”

Datos proyecto Nixe III:

We did not reach Kavo Tiri and Arpizza. In this section, we will thus limit ourselves to a few photos of the islets and Panagia.

Here we see an image of Panagia as we enter Parga’s bay. As we get closer, we can see that the islets are covered in vegetation today.

Lastly, we can see the citadel and the islets and the area where the minaret once rose up on the top of the hill.
